He was announced today as the Deputy Governor, as Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu was chosen to be the Gubernatorial candidate for the Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP).
Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu who defeated two other aspirants during PDP primary election held in Benin City on Monday will still have to face All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate, Mr. Godwin Obaseki on September 10 gubernatorial election.
