The fact that she charges 2m does not mean she's the highest paid. You can overcharge and not be called to set for two years. The fact that someone announces publicly that he or she charges 10m per movie doesn't mean the person charges that high in the real sense. It's all about bargaining between the producer and Actor. personal relationship with an actor also matters.
