World's smalliest baby, Emilia Grabarczyk who's entire foot is the size of a fingernail when she was given birth to. Nine months later, the baby against all odds and continues to survive.

Baby Emilia Grabarczyk born in Germany has been labelled 'the little fighter' by doctors treating her, to the surprise of everyone she's still thriving.
According to Mailonline, she now weighs in at 7lb 2oz - a healthy weight for a newborn, local reports reveals her weighs is the lightest premature baby in the world to survive.
