Nollywood actress Temi Kosoko has shared some interesting details about her elder sister, Bidemi Kosoko, while speaking at her 40th birthday celebration.
Bidemi recently marked her 40th birthday with a colourful party in Ikeja, Lagos, which attracted several Nollywood stars, family members and friends.
Among those who attended the celebration were veteran actor Jide Kosoko, Femi Adebayo, Laide Bakare, Rotimi Salami, Sola Kosoko, Eniola Ajao, Bimpe Akintunde and other colleagues from the movie industry.
Speaking about the celebrant, Temi described Bidemi as a fun-loving person who enjoys making every moment with her family memorable. However, she did not shy away from pointing out some of her sister’s difficult personality traits.
According to Temi, Bidemi is a no-nonsense person who can be very stubborn. She also revealed that they inherited impatience from their father, veteran actor Jide Kosoko.
Temi explained that her sister can be calm one moment and become upset the next, particularly when people fail to carry out tasks she has requested on time.
Despite these traits, Temi maintained that Bidemi is enjoyable to be around and someone who genuinely cares about the people close to her.
Describing her sister, she said:
“She carries people’s matters on their head; she is fun to be with. She likes to play a lot; she likes to make every single moment in our family happy. She used to fra a lot.
“One not-so-good habit we got from our dad is impatience. If she asks you to do something and you don’t do it on time, she will spark up. She is very stubborn. This minute she can be cold; the next minute she is hot.”
Temi’s remarks offered guests and fans a glimpse into Bidemi’s personality beyond her public image, as she combined playful criticism with praise for her sister’s caring and cheerful nature.
Her comments also added a light-hearted moment to the celebration, highlighting the close relationship between the Kosoko sisters and the influence of their father on their personalities.
