A 17-yr-old girl has told a court in Abuja that her sister's husband forcefully had s*xual intercourse with her and two of her sisters.The school dropout gave this testimony as a witness when her elder sister,the wife,filed a divorce petition against her husband,Philip Ogho.
The victim said in her testimony that her sister's husband would try to sleep with her but she would refuse and he would beat her mercilessly on her refusal.One day,he asked who she was that he wouldn't have s*x with her adding that he has slept with her two other sisters.He maltreated her to a point,she had to succumb to his request.He threatened to deal badly with her if she told her elder sister which she didn't but she said she told the other two he had s*x with.She told the court that she left because the request for s*x started to increase as he came every night.A hearing has been placed at Philip's house due to his continuous absence in court since the case commenced.
