Leader Of The Popular Alfa Sule Drama Group, Femi Ajewole Talks About The Drama Group & How They Started

Alfa Sule group is a gospel dance drama group which is based in Ibadan, Oyo state. They started way back in 2002 with only 10 members but the dance group is fully grown and can boast of more than 40 members without stressing.

In recent interview, the leader of the drama group, Femi Ajewole talked about the group, how they started and how they've been able to manage fame.
Asked how he come about the concept of the drama group, the brain behind the group revealed he was teaching at a primary school back then when the school was preparing for their end of the year party, so he was asked to teach some of the pupils drama and upon rehearsal he realized some of the kids were not getting it, for example you ask a kid to play the role of a father, but he cannot really talk like a father. For weeks, I tried to get the best out of them but to no avail.
So he now come to conclusion of why not do the voice of a thing and just make the student do the demonstration of it and behold it was good and some rehearsal made it perfect.
Femi revealed the response the drama got from their audience was encouraging and that was the beginning of the group.
Asked about what he inspired the drama group, he replied the Holy Spirits saying they don't buy scripts but the Holy Spirit always provide them with things to do.
When being asked if he's married, he gladly replied Yes with 2 kids.
