A witness,Tytylion,shared the photo and wrote on how the driver drove her from Eko Hotel to Ojodu Berger with a pedal manipulated system which he used as brakes and throttle.She also explained that they were almost at Iyana Oworo before she notice the wonder cos his driving was smooth and fast.It is only a very very observant person that will notice he has no legs,she concluded.
