After an innocent male toddler was left to suffer by his mother under the Oshodi bridge,officials of the Lagos state Task force have rescued the boy.The boy who was found in a bag was naked when his mother abandoned him on the walk-way.
His mother was arrested as she was attempting to flee the scene.When asked why she dumped the boy,the 18-yr-old mum claimed none of her relatives were willing to cater for her and the baby adding that she could no longer take care of the 4-months -old boy.The mother,Adeshina Timilein also a secondary school drop-out said she could not take care of the boy because she could identify the father of the baby due to the fact that lots of men slept with her. I've being into prostitution since my father died 9 yrs ago,she concluded.Both mother and son have been transferred to the Lagos State Social Welfare Department.
