Veteran actor,Jide Kosoko has revealed that he regrets being a polygamist adding that he became a polygamist because of situations out of his control.“To be honest I regret being a polygamist. I wasn't planning to marry so many wives,he said.

He continued saying his first wife was not in support of his acting career and the he needed someone to trust which led to him marrying his assistant but as God would have it,both died eleven months apart during child-birth.After their death,he wanted to remain single but the doctors warned him against it and this led to his marriage with two other women.He concluded that,he has over 12 kids he caters for with late Henrietta leaving him with two teenagers to take care of so it would be absolute madness if at this point,he marry again.
