Terrorist sect,ISIS have amputated the hands the hands of two boys for refusing to kill two civilians in front of their parents in Mosul,Iraq.The group had been training little children in order to fight the Iraqi troops,but when two of the children were asked to carry out some orders,they refused and in return,both of them had their hand amputated for refusing to kill two prisoners in their possession in front of their families.
