Manpreet Singh,23-yr-old has the same height and weight as a six months old baby and probably one of the smallest people in the world.He's been worshipped by some local villagers who believes he is the reincarenation of a Hindu god.
He has worshipped since he was 12 when people will come for blessings.He was said to have stopped growing since when he was around 6 months old...His photos below
