APC won most areas in the just concluded election that took place across the state this past Saturday, July 22 2017 and the newly elected chairmen of 20 LGAs and 37 LCDAs were sworn in at the Adeyemi Bero Auditorium, Alausa, Ikeja on Tuesday, July 25 2017.
Although, the election recorded very low turnout, because of the heavy downpour total lack of interest in the polls by many residents to the extent that many claimed they don't about their local governments’ representatives.
