Ekiti State Governor-elect, Kayode Fayemi is in London to visit the Director-General of his campaign council, Mr. Opeyemi Bamidele who was shot on June 1 by a happy policeman at the APC premises during a welcome rally after coming down from the Federal Executive Council {FEC} as minister of mines and steel development.
Opeyemi was rushed to the Ekiti State University Teaching hospital immediately with the bullet still in him and he waas operated before flying to UK hospital.
After all, Fayemi won and everything was not in vain. Congratulation to the Governor-Elect and to Bamidele after passing through such pain, he will be going to the State House.
