EFCC shared photos of seized jewelries and a customized gold iphone all valued at $40m belonging to former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke which was ordered today Friday, July 5th by Justice Nicholas Oweibo of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos, to be forfeited to the federal government.
The order followed by one party application filed by the Ibrahim Magu led Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC. The antigraft agency believes the luxury items were gained with proceeds from ''unlawful activities''.
