The title of Mayegun of Yorubaland is being conferred on K1 by the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi. he becomes the first to hold the title in Yorubaland.
The installation which took place yesterday, January 13, 2020, has in attendance fellow celebrities and well-wishers.
One of those who have congratulated K1 on social media is Lagos NURTW boss Musiliu Akinsanya aka MC.
He wrote: “I Alhaji Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya “Mc Oluomo”, On behalf of NURTW Lagos State Council Facilitates with King Alhaji Wasiu Ayinde Marshal “KWAM 1” as the first Mayegun of Yoruba land.
