The Magistrate court in Lagos has sentenced actress Funke Akindele and her hubby to 14-day community service for holding a birthday party on Saturday for her husband, JJC Skillz in their home at Amen estate against the Lagos State lock-down order.
The Magistrate Court in Ogba, Lagos, summoned the couple on Monday at the Samuel Ilori Courthouse. Funke and her hubby had before pleaded guilty and they have been charge to pay a fine of N100,000. The charge against them is made accordance with the Regulation 8(1a &b) and S 17(1) of the State’s Infectious Disease Regulation 2020.
