Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has revealed the major reason she avoids individuals who cause her sorrow.
The mother of two, according to a recent Instagram post, avoids anything that causes her sadness since it leaves her damaged, something she does not desire.
Iyabo went on to remark that she avoids those who cause her sadness because she values her happiness and peace of mind.
“I do away with anything & anyone who causes me pain …… my happiness is key… I guide my happiness & peace of mind jealously … ever manage what causes you pain, it leaves you traumatized & you’ll be stuck in a state of stress & persistent arousal … nooooooo I don’t want that” she wrote.
