Zlatan Ibile is a Nigerian musician and the founder of Zanku Records.
On September 14, 2021, the musician announced the news via his official Instagram page.
Following his purchase of a luxury 7-bedroom fully detached Duplex in the nation's capital, Zlatan claims to have become the newest landlord in the Federal Capital Territory.
He posted a video of the company and estate where the house is located, which is owned by a property developer.
The singer also shared pictures of them touring the property.
