In a shared post, she claimed that she had always dismissed their critiques and complaints over her weight gain.
There is, however, a limit to everything, as she cautioned those who continue to body shame her on her Instagram page.
In a lengthy video posted to her Instagram profile, Kemi Afolabi stated she awoke to many taunting messages and comments on her social media page.

The actress pleaded with her fans, coworkers, and following to respect her privacy and refrain from reminding her that she is gaining weight because she is aware of it.
Kemi Afolabi went on to say that she had been on pills and had complained to her doctor about her body size, and she was given the option of staying on the meds for her health's sake or leaving it, which may lead to her death.
The actress also expressed her dissatisfaction with the constant struggle to stay fit despite taking the medications, stating that she would no longer accept negative messages about her physique.
