HOW MY DAUGHTERS STOPPED ME FROM MARRYING AGAIN AFTER THE DEATH OF MY HUSBAND | LOLA IDIJE REVEALS

Popular actress Toyin Afolayan, commonly known as Lola Idije, a veteran Nollywood actress, has told how her love for her female daughters kept her from remarrying after her husband died.

When asked why she has yet to remarry following her husband's death, she stated that she did not consider giving love another chance because of her love for her children.

"Because of my children, I don't like to remarry." Because you have three children, I don't think many men will be interested in marrying me. I can't compare my children to anything else in the world, so I chose to stay with them and ignore my plans to marry another guy. The new partner may not want the kids to live with us, and there may be issues as a result of their presence, but I can't compare my children to anything else in the world, so I chose to stay with them and ignore my plans to marry another guy. "I'm grateful that, with God's assistance, I was able to care for them," she said.

Popular actress Lola Idije has indicated that she feels she was meant to have only female children and is hence anxious about not having a male kid.

The 62-year-old also stated that she had a male kid with her late husband, but that he died when he was a newborn.

The loss of her male kid, according to Lola Idije, is the worst thing that has ever occurred to her.

Regardless, the famous actress is thankful to God for her healthy female children.

"There is nothing wrong with all of them being girls," she says. God is the one who creates children, and you must thank Him for them since you cannot make anything, let alone a child. I'm always a happy mother, and I'm grateful for all God has done in my life."

She went on to explain that her biggest achievement is that God helped her to care for my children, and she is now realizing the rewards of her labor on them.
