To Transform Nigeria's Fortunes, Our Youth Must Enter Politics, Popular Yorba Actress Adewale Elesho

Adewale Elesho, a veteran actor, is well-known for his humor. People are likely to get an earful when they see him on the TV. What distinguishes him, though, is that whenever he chastises people, there is usually a lesson or two to be learned from his words.

Elesho stated why he seemed to like verbal spankings. "I mistreat people because it's what the script says I have to do to portray the part correctly," he explained. Any rational individual would recognize that whatever I do in a film contributes to the overall narrative. However, I must admit that certain filmmakers saw that anytime I had to finish someone in a film, I did a good job, and they began to put me in more of those sorts of parts. I basically mistreat people because I'm pretending to be someone else. It's also important to remember that our job as performers teaches society.

As a result, anytime I insult people in movies, I'm sending a message."

"I think it is going nicely," the actor replied when asked about Nollywood's current state. The actors are putting up their best efforts. However, I would want to request that the government do more to help us combat piracy. In the meantime, those who claim that Nollywood is impoverished are simply making up stories."
Elesho urged more young Nigerians to get active in politics. "There isn't any1 who doesn't like politics; don't u like it?" I, like every1 else, am a political animal, but I have no intentions to become totally involved in politics. However, I would want to encourage young Nigerians to enter politics since they are d ones who can make a difference in d current situation. They have d skills and d drive to succeed. Nigerians can reclaim its glory if they avoid corruption. This country was not always like this; it used to be a lot better, & I believe we can be much better,"
