Late Alaafin of Oyo's Son talks about his Father and Expressed his Regret

Oyo Town is located in the state of Oyo. Prince Akeem Adeyemi, stated that his father, Late Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III reconciled with practically everyone with whom he had disagreements before his death.
Adeyemi represents the federal constituencies of Afijio, Oyo East, Oyo West, and Atiba in the House of Representatives.


 
The prince confirms that his father had settled every disagreement he might have had before his death
The prince regarded Alaafin of Oyo as a staunch traditionalist and protector of Yoruba culture.

He expressed regret for the loss of the Alaafin who gave Oyo State its genuine name.

Prince Adeyemi said that his father spent his entire life helping humanity and that he loved and served his people as a king. Oba Adeyemi, who reigned for 52 years, died on Friday, April 22 at the Afe Babalola University Teaching Hospital in Ado-Ekiti at the age of 83.
