Late Osinachi's Family(Ekwueme Singer) Plans To Return Bride Price And Sets To Bury Her

The family of Osinachi Nwachukwu, widely known for her song "Ekwueme," has allegedly scheduled her funeral on June 25, 2022. Remember that the gospel singer died on April 8th after her husband allegedly abused her. 

Her family asked that her bones be buried in her father's estate in Isuochi, Abia State, rather than at her husband's house. The family of popular musician Osinachi is allegedly considering repaying the artist's wedding money.

This comes after the US Government charged Peter, with 23 counts of murder. The Attorney-General of the Federation charged Peter under  Administration of Criminal Justice Act, 2015.

Peter was charged with culpable murder, a capital offense.

 Mrs. Yewande Gbola-Awopetun, the Head of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence, Department of Public Prosecutions of the Federation, Ministry of Justice, filed the case on May 20, 2022, before the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, with the charge number CR/199/2022.
