Popular comedy skit maker Chukwuemeka Emmanuel, also known as Oga Sabinus, has issued lawsuits against Peak Milk and Gala Sausage Roll through his lawyer for allegedly infringing on his intellectual property.
Skit maker Sabinus has sued Peak Milk for one billion naira for the alleged use of his trademarked term, "Something hooge," according to his lawyer.
He also requested N100 million from UAC Food Limited to utilize his trademark and other intellectual property in advertisements and marketing for their Gala sausage roll product.
