EFCC Arrests Fake EFCC Chairman in Abuja.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested a man, Salman Umar Hudu, for impersonating the chairperson of the agency, Abdulrasheed Bawa. The EFCC stated that the suspect obtained N100,000 from someone he promised to help "handle" any EFCC matter. The arrest was made at a hotel in Abuja, and the commission has said that the suspect will face charges in court following the conclusion of the investigation. The incident highlights the issue of impersonation and fraud in Nigeria, and the need for individuals to exercise caution when dealing with people claiming to be representatives of government agencies.
