Nigerian actress, Kemi Afolabi, has expressed her grief over the train accident that occurred in Lagos State, resulting in the death of six people. The incident happened on Thursday when a train collided with a bus carrying Lagos government staff. Witnesses at the scene reported that the driver of the BRT bus attempted to cross the rail track while the oncoming train was approaching, leading to the accident. Fidet Okhiria, the managing director of the Nigerian Railway Corporation, has blamed the bus driver for the accident, stating that he attempted to beat the train while other vehicles had stopped. In response to the tragedy, Kemi Afolabi has taken to her Instagram page to express her condolences to the victims and their families. She urged people to be cautious in their daily lives as life is unpredictable and prayed for the injured to recover soon.
