Leaders of the G50 Ofuobi Ndigbo group in Lagos, led by Chief Festus Uchenna, recently paid a visit to Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC-Oluomo, the Chairman of Lagos State Park Management. The visit was aimed at addressing misconceptions and misinformation that were circulating during the election period. During the visit, Uchenna introduced his team and thanked MC-Oluomo for his warm welcome. He explained that there were many false reports and propaganda during the election campaign, and the purpose of the visit was to correct some of the misunderstandings and build bridges. MC-Oluomo welcomed the delegation and promised to continue promoting peace and harmony among all tribes in Nigeria. He clarified that his words had been misinterpreted during the election period, and he has always maintained cordial relationships with members of the Igbo community. The visit was seen as a positive step towards reconciliation and promoting unity among different ethnic groups in Lagos.
