"Over N10 Million Devoted To Ailing Actors' Health Challenges" Tampan president Mr Latin Says

Veteran Nigerian actor and President of the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), Bolaji Amusan, known as Mr. Latin, has announced that the association has allocated more than N10 million to assist actors who are facing health issues. Mr. Latin responded to the recent trend of actors publicly pleading for financial support to cover their medical expenses. In a recent interview, he revealed that TAMPAN has already spent over N10 million on addressing health challenges faced by actors. Mr Latin clarified that the actors who resort to begging for money on television are not affiliated with the association, and therefore, TAMPAN cannot provide them with assistance. He emphasized that TAMPAN has consistently come to the aid of its active members in times of need. Since assuming the role of TAMPAN President, Mr Latin stated that the association has dedicated significant funds to support actors facing health challenges, demonstrating its commitment to its active members' well-being.
