Ailing Actor Mr. Ibu Faces Another Leg Amputation, Loses His Voice.

In a distressing development, veteran actor John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu, has undergone another leg amputation, adding to the challenges he faces in battling an ailment. Reports indicate that his health is rapidly deteriorating, and he can hardly speak.

Dr. Emeka Rollas, National President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, confirmed the unfortunate news, expressing resignation to fate concerning Mr Ibu and fellow actor Amaechi Muonagor, who is also dealing with health issues. The actors' conditions are described as severe, with Mr Ibu's legs being amputated again.

Previously, Mr Ibu had sought public assistance in October due to his health struggles, and notable figures like Davido, P-Square, Tunde Ednut, and Bukola Saraki had stepped in to cover his medical bills.

Despite undergoing five successful surgeries and expressing gratitude to the public, Mr Ibu's health took a downturn. His daughter, Jasmine, revealed that one of his legs had to be amputated to enhance his chances of recovery, leading to a total of seven surgeries.

Amidst the health battle, chaos ensued in the actor's home as family members publicly disputed over donation funds. Allegations surfaced that Mr Ibu's wife intended to use the money for personal luxuries, leading to a clash with other family members.

Stella Maris, Mr Ibu's wife, accused Jasmine of interference and making malicious statements. In response, Mr Ibu's son, Daniel, refuted the claims, asserting his control over the actor's account and dispelling accusations of financial misconduct.

The unfolding family controversy adds another layer of difficulty to Mr Ibu's already challenging health situation.
