"Oladips Was Dead For Three Days Before Coming Back To Life," Rapper’s Aide Says

In a surprising twist, Abdulrasheed Opeyemi, the personal assistant of Nigerian rapper Oladips, has shared exclusive details surrounding the recent confusion about the artist's supposed death. Contrary to reports, Abdulrasheed clarified that Oladips "died for three days before he came back to life." The mix-up originated from the manager's misinterpretation, who had access to Oladips' social media and erroneously declared him dead. According to Abdulrasheed, Oladips was in a critical condition and unresponsive for three days, leading to the manager's premature announcement.

During an interview with Punch Online's Tope Alabi, Abdulrasheed shed light on the situation, revealing, "I don’t know how to say this. It was a misinterpretation with the manager who has access to Oladips’ page. We all thought he was dead because he was not breathing until the third day when he was revived. By then, the manager had already shared the story." He further disclosed that he, too, was unable to reach Oladips until the third day.

In response to the managerial mishap, Abdulrasheed disclosed that the music outfit, Dipsciples Music, has taken action by dismissing the manager involved. While the identity of the manager remains undisclosed, Abdulrasheed assured that Oladips would soon address the public, providing clarity on the entire incident. The revelation adds a layer of complexity to the unfolding narrative, highlighting the importance of accurate information and the subsequent consequences of premature announcements in the entertainment industry.
