The Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency has issued a plea to the public, urging assistance in locating a young woman who filmed herself smoking Shisha while in the presence of her baby.
The woman shared the video on her WhatsApp status with the caption "My baby sef don shayo" (meaning "Even my baby is getting high").
Responding to the widely condemned video, the agency released a statement on its social media platform, X, calling on the public to help identify and locate the woman.
