Former Anambra Governor, Peter Obi, made a notable visit to the Maraba-Nyanya International Market Central Mosque on the evening of Monday, March 18, 2024, to share breakfast with the Muslim community. A video circulating online captured the moment as Obi engaged in a humble act of spoon-feeding a boy from a disposable plate. Despite being a practicing Catholic, Obi's gesture was warmly received by the Muslim faithful gathered around him. However, when he attempted to address the press afterward, the background noise from the mosque made it challenging for his message to be clearly heard.
