Popular Yoruba actor Sanyeri has taken to social media to debunk a viral video claiming he is quitting acting. In a recent video, Sanyeri questioned, "Who wants to kill the glory that God has given to Sanyeri? Is it a man or a woman? Who among you wants to kill my star?"
The rumor started from a video where Sanyeri supposedly explained why he had stopped acting and why his colleagues no longer featured him. He mentioned being selective about work to avoid projects that could harm his career.
Many viewers accepted his reasoning, while others speculated that his fame had faded. Sanyeri firmly denied ever saying he wanted to quit acting or feeling tired of it. He asked for evidence of the alleged video, promising a reward of one hundred thousand naira to anyone who could provide it.
Sanyeri assured his fans worldwide that he has no intention of leaving the acting industry.
