Actress Iyabo Ojo Gives Update as Judge Settles Feud Between Her and Lizzy Anjorin

In March, Iyabo filed a defamatory lawsuit against Lizzy, who failed to attend the first hearing. Following this, the court served letters to Lizzy, which were posted at her house gate.


Recently, the judge presiding over the case mediated between the two actresses, helping to reconcile them. Iyabo confirmed to the press that the judge gave them motherly advice to stop fighting and cursing each other on social media and to embrace peace.


Both actresses reportedly left the court smiling, with Lizzy’s husband giving Iyabo a peaceful hug.

For months, Iyabo and Lizzy had publicly aired their grievances. Iyabo had shared a video mocking Lizzy, who responded by revealing intimate details about Iyabo and accusing her of promiscuity. Iyabo threatened legal action, demanding a public apology or N500 million for the defamatory publication. In an Instagram Live video, Iyabo claimed she had personal details about Lizzy that could cause significant damage if exposed.
