Nollywood actress Wunmi Toriola has reached out to fellow actress Funke Akindele for assistance with her soon-to-be-released cinema movie. In a comment on one of Funke's videos, Wunmi asked for advice on achieving success, as her new film, "Queen Lateefah," is set to hit cinemas on September 27th.
Wunmi praised Funke's ability to generate significant revenue with her projects and expressed hope for similar success. She acknowledged that while 1 billion Naira might be too ambitious, she would be content with 500 million Naira. She also noted the widespread love for Funke's character, Jenifa.
She wrote:
"Mama @funkejenifaakindele My first cinema project 'Queen Lateefah' is hitting cinemas Sept 27th. As the template/syllabus/brochure that you are, please give me expo. Aseju ni 1 billion, 500 million ti wa okay. Truly, everybody loves Jenifa."
