Following the swift passage of the Minimum Wage Bill by the National Assembly, President Bola Tinubu is expected to sign the bill into law next week.

Senator Abdullahi Gumel, Senior Special Assistant on National Assembly Matters, confirmed the bill’s transmission on Thursday.

The bill, which underwent its second and third readings in both the Senate and the House of Representatives shortly after being sent by the President, received unanimous approval.
