Nollywood actress Bisola Badmus recently took to Instagram to express her deep gratitude for the outpouring of support she’s received while battling a brain tumor. In an emotional video, Bisola acknowledged the overwhelming kindness from her colleagues and fans, both at home and abroad, as she continues her three-year health struggle.
"I don’t know what I did to deserve the love you all showed to me. I appreciate everybody, honestly," she said. Her words reflected both surprise and appreciation for the financial and emotional support that has come her way, even noting that people she didn’t know had offered to assist her and her son, Michael.
Her colleagues flooded her comment section with prayers and good wishes:
Ayo Olaiya wrote, "Bisola Ayane Eledumare. Glory be to God."
Lola Magret commented, "Perfect healing IJN."
Jumoke George added, "The Lord will heal and make you whole again."
Others like Honey Glow Beauty World offered more direct support, asking for her account number to help financially.
In a recent interview, Bisola revealed that her tumor had progressed to the point where she couldn’t see or recognize people, but with medications, her condition has improved. She also spoke about co-parenting challenges with her son’s father, Fuji singer Kwam1, who initially provided help but later stopped responding to her calls.
Since then, many Nigerians have come forward, offering to cover her son’s school fees and even promising to sponsor her treatment abroad. Michael has received scholarships through his university, and a volunteer has committed to sending Bisola abroad for her brain surgery.
This wave of support has been a source of hope for the actress, as she continues her journey toward recovery, with her son’s future now secured thanks to the generosity of well-wishers.
