Nigerian actress and film director Ronke Odusanya has officially launched Ronnie’s Academy, a training center designed to groom future stars in the entertainment industry.
The academy, based in Lagos, is a personal initiative by the talented Yoruba actress to give back to the film industry that has brought her recognition. Ronnie’s School of Performing Arts aims to provide aspiring actors with professional training in acting, directing, cinematography, and other essential skills needed to thrive in Nollywood.
Announcing the opening of registration, Ronke shared her excitement and pride in fulfilling a long-held dream. She encouraged prospective students to seize the opportunity, highlighting the academy's hands-on approach to learning.
She wrote:
"It has always been my dream to nurture talents, and after countless sleepless nights and pouring my heart into this vision, it’s finally coming true!
This February, Ronnie’s School of Performing Arts begins—4 months of expert training and hands-on experience in Acting, Directing, Cinematography, and more."
