“You are a good woman” – Oma Nnadi Shows Support for Mercy Johnson Amid Ongoing Feud with Angela Okorie

 Nollywood actress and filmmaker Oma Nnadi has publicly shown support for her colleague Mercy Johnson Okojie, as the online drama between Mercy and fellow actress Angela Okorie continues to stir reactions in the entertainment industry.

In a heartfelt message shared on her Instagram page, Oma praised Mercy as a “good woman,” and urged anyone who doubted her character to ask her personally, promising to "break it down." She further crowned Mercy as her Woman Crush Wednesday (WCW) and encouraged her to “keep shining,” describing her as a natural star.

“I want to use today to appreciate you, my friend @mercyjohnsonokojie. You’re a good woman. Anyone who needs to know should ask me, and I’ll break it down for them. Continue to shine. You are a natural star. My WCW,” she wrote.

This show of support comes after Angela Okorie, during a recent Instagram Live session, said she had “forgiven” Mercy Johnson after learning she had been seriously ill. However, Angela also told Mercy to seek forgiveness from those she had wronged and warned her against using religious words that do not reflect her true actions.

In response, actress Regina Daniels came to Mercy’s defense. Using her Instagram stories, Regina blasted Angela, claiming she was “mad” and insisting that neither she nor Mercy believed in forgiving people who caused them pain.

Backing Regina's statement, actress Uche Elendu added her voice to the drama, saying that “the little ones are no longer little,” possibly referring to younger actresses now standing their ground. Uche went further, stating that Angela’s darkness was presenting itself as light and suggested that people should call a psychiatrist, as she believed Angela needed medical help.

This feud dates back to last year when Angela accused Mercy Johnson and her late mother of witchcraft. During another live session, Angela appeared alongside Mercy’s former best friend, who also made strong accusations, alleging that Mercy was involved in the spiritual downfall of colleagues, including the popular music group Style Plus, and had knowledge about the deaths happening in Nollywood.

The online drama has continued to gain attention, with many celebrities picking sides, while fans express mixed feelings over the accusations and emotional tension surrounding the matter.
