Social media has been flooded with congratulatory messages as Fuji music legend Alhaji Wasiu Alabi Pasuma unveiled a brand-new mansion worth millions of naira to celebrate his late mother’s birthday.
The singer took to his official Instagram page to share a video of the luxurious property in Lagos, showing off its breathtaking design and the special room where he laid his late mother, Alhaja Adijat Kuburat Odetola, to rest.
This new acquisition comes just months after Pasuma made headlines in January 2025 for purchasing a multimillion-naira mansion in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
Pasuma’s mother, fondly called Iyawo Anobi, passed away on April 6, 2023. Born on September 5, 1939, she would have marked her 86th birthday today, September 5, 2025. Honoring her memory, Pasuma revealed he is celebrating her with the gift of a new house.
In his touching tribute, the Fuji star wrote:
“To my dearest mother, your love remains a constant light in my life. Wishing you the happiest birthday in heaven IYAMI. Celebrating your birthday with a new home.”
