Nollywood filmmaker Kunle Afolayan is in a joyous mood as he celebrates his daughter, Eyiyemi, who clocked 20 today, September 11.
Taking to his Instagram page, the proud father shared lovely photos of himself and the celebrant. In his caption, he described Eyiyemi as his princess and poured out heartfelt prayers for her. Kunle prayed that he would never have a reason to weep over her, that she would continue to grow and prosper, and that God would bless her with wisdom and understanding. He also welcomed her warmly to the “20s club” and reaffirmed his love for her.
Part of his message read:
“Omo mi Eyiyemi! I pray I will not cry over you. You will grow, you will prosper. God will give you wisdom and understanding. Happy 20th birthday, my princess. I love you.”
Friends and colleagues of the filmmaker also joined in the celebration, flooding the comment section with birthday wishes for Eyiyemi.
