Nollywood actress Ashabi, who is also the partner of controversial street singer Portable, has shared an emotional note to God about her relationship.
Taking to Instagram, Ashabi posted a heartwarming video of herself spending time with Portable. In the clip, the singer was seen teaching her some of his popular dance moves, and she gushed over the special bond they share.
In her caption, the actress, who is a mother of two, described every moment with Portable as a gift. She admitted that she had been feeling weak and tired lately, and prayed to God not to allow untimely death to separate them. Ashabi also openly expressed how much she cherishes their relationship.
Her words read in part:
“With you, every moment is a gift. Lately, I’m just weak and tired. God, I’m pleading, don’t separate us with untimely death. I love us so much.”
Just a few days earlier, Ashabi had written another love note to Portable, calling him the love of her life and her “absolute crush.” She confessed that publicly expressing her feelings for him was scary because of how internet users often accuse her of “overdoing it.”
