A viral TikTok video has captured the moment an alleged pastor, Oloruntimilehin Daramola, urged his followers to “get fortified” to protect themselves from possible attacks. The video was shared on a TikTok account believed to be his, @kingbosoro, and shows him dressed in a purple robe and cap, wearing a cross chain.
Introducing himself as the Founder of The Omnipotence Mission of God, Daramola advised his congregation to take what he described as protective measures against armed attackers. He also called on the Federal Government to allow Nigerians wider access to firearms.
In the clip, the cleric commented on Nigeria’s political structure, saying that if the current system no longer works, the country’s regions could separate peacefully. He then told his members:
“Go and do something that can protect you, so if they come with guns, they will end up shooting each other.”
Daramola went further, suggesting unusual methods of self-protection.
He said:
“Get bees to chase them, or make sure anyone coming to attack your church dies before reaching the door. All my members must do it. If they refuse, I will send them away. I don’t want anyone to die.”
He insisted he cannot feel safe if his congregation remains vulnerable.
Referencing past attacks on churches in Owo and Kaduna, he claimed that even victims who called on Jesus were still killed. According to him, “Jesus had the power to save them, but He said, ‘We will meet in heaven.’”
Daramola also said his ministry has branches in the United States and United Kingdom, inviting those interested to meet him privately for guidance on what he called “the right steps to take.”
Addressing critics, he stated:
“If they like, call me the pastor who talks about charms. I don’t have powers, but if you put me on the ground, I will bite you.”
He ended with a stern warning that any member who refuses to follow his instructions would be expelled:
“Go and be fortified!”
