Nigerian music executive Paulo Okoye has taken to social media to celebrate his partner, Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, as she marks her 48th birthday.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Paulo praised Iyabo for her strength, beauty, compassion, and resilience, describing her as his “Queen Mother” and “Ezenwanyi.” He reflected on the journey of 2025, noting that the year came with both joyful highs and difficult lows.
According to him, the good moments included weddings, children, grandchildren, graduations, movie premieres, red carpet appearances, awards, and love. However, he admitted that the year also brought tough battles, unexpected challenges, and people who tried to use Iyabo’s name and fame to tear her down.
Despite everything, Paulo said Iyabo handled it all with grace and courage, smiling even when it was not easy and standing strong against negativity.
“Happy Birthday! @iyaboojofespris My Ezenwanyi!!!! Today, we are celebrating you, our Queen Mother. Your life, your strength, your beauty, and everything that makes you, you,” he wrote.
He added, “2025 was a journey, filled with highs that remind us how sweet life can be, and lows that tested your strength. But through it all, you smiled, faced everything with grace, and served hot pepper to anyone who wanted some heat.”
Paulo also praised Iyabo’s kind heart and constant support for others, describing her as one of the strongest and kindest women he knows.
He concluded by saying that her birthday is not just a celebration of her age, but a celebration of the woman she is and everything she represents.
