Veteran Nollywood actress Fausat Balogun, popularly known as Madam Saje, has once again declared her loyalty and support for the National President of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), MC Oluomo.
Taking to her Instagram page, the Yoruba actress shared a video of herself with the NURTW boss at a recent event. The clip also featured Nollywood actor Lege Miami, as the trio appeared in high spirits.
In her post, Fausat openly praised MC Oluomo, referring to him as her “forever son.” She greeted her fans, wished them a beautiful weekend, and proudly highlighted her appearance and accessories in the post.
She wrote in part:
“The National President NURTW, my forever son @kingmcoluomo… Good evening my fans and family. Happy beautiful weekend.”
Fausat’s public display of affection and support for MC Oluomo did not come as a surprise to many, as she has consistently spoken highly of him in the past. In an earlier post, she described him as her darling son, thanked him for being a good father, and offered heartfelt prayers for his success and protection.
However, her loyalty to MC Oluomo has also attracted criticism in the past. The actress once came under heavy backlash online after getting involved in the feud between MC Oluomo and his former protégé, Koko Zaria. At the time, Fausat reshared a video in which Koko Zaria declared support for Sago while also praising MC Oluomo, whom she referred to as “Jagaban.”
That post did not sit well with many social media users, who criticized the veteran actress for taking sides in the dispute.
Despite the criticism, Fausat Balogun has remained unapologetic about her support for MC Oluomo, continuing to publicly celebrate and stand by him whenever the opportunity arises.
