Nigerian influencer and relationship blogger Blessing CEO, whose real name is Okoro Blessing Nkiruka, has once again become a topic of discussion online following a recent update about her health.
The controversy began after Blessing CEO reportedly shared a medical document online which she claimed confirmed that she was battling stage 4 breast cancer. The influencer had also appealed to the public for financial assistance during the period.
According to reports, the document was allegedly linked to Xinus Medical Diagnostics and was said to have been signed by consultant pathologist Dr. O.A. Odigwe.
However, the medical facility later denied the claims surrounding the report. Xinus Medical Diagnostics stated that the original medical document did not belong to Blessing CEO. The laboratory claimed that the authentic report was actually issued to another patient identified as Deborah Mbara in May 2025.
Reacting to the controversy, Deborah Mbara, who is a makeup artist and cancer survivor, shared a video on Instagram where she alleged that Blessing CEO had earlier contacted her to request access to her medical report for comparison purposes.
Amid the ongoing debate, a recent video shared online by Blessing CEO has generated even more reactions from social media users. In the clip, viewers claimed they noticed a visible discolouration on her hand, leading to mixed opinions and renewed curiosity about her health condition.
The situation has continued to spark conversations online, with many people questioning the authenticity of the earlier medical claims while others expressed concern about her wellbeing.
