Popular Nigerian comedian and actor Ayo Makun, popularly known as AY, has celebrated his 55th birthday, marking the milestone with a message of gratitude and reflection.
The entertainer shared new photos of himself on social media to commemorate his special day, describing his 55 years as a “life of grace,” “a journey of resilience,” and “a heart full of gratitude.”
Reflecting on his journey, AY said he has experienced both the highs and lows of life, survived difficult moments and learned valuable lessons along the way. Despite the challenges, he acknowledged the goodness of God and expressed gratitude for how far he has come.
He noted that he remains “visibly blessed” and “deeply grateful,” while emphasizing that he is still standing, smiling and growing.
In his birthday message, he wrote:
