Mr May D Reacts to Okoye Brothers’ Online Feud, Teases His Own ‘Exposé’

Nigerian musician Akinmayokun Awodumila, popularly known as Mr May D, has reacted humorously to the ongoing public dispute between former PSQUARE members Peter Okoye and Paul Okoye, as well as their elder brother and former manager, Jude Okoye.

The latest development came after Peter Okoye released an eight-part exposé detailing his grievances and allegations concerning his relationship with Paul and Jude, further reigniting conversations surrounding the breakdown of the music group and their business dealings.

Seemingly amused by the unfolding drama, May D hinted that he could have his own revelations to share. Taking to social media, the singer wrote, “Mr May D Part 1 Coming soon!!”, accompanied by laughing emojis.

He also shared a GIF jokingly portraying himself as watching Nigerians call out Jude Okoye online. May D responded to the post with several laughing emojis and added, “God is good.”

May D's reaction has attracted attention because of his own history with the Okoye brothers and the now-defunct Square Records, where he was previously signed.

The singer has in the past spoken publicly about his fallout with the PSQUARE camp, including allegations that his association with the brothers affected a potential international opportunity.

May D had claimed that the Okoye brothers cost him a deal involving Akon, after the Senegalese-American music star reportedly expressed interest in working with him.

With the Okoye brothers once again airing their grievances publicly, May D's cryptic promise of a possible “Part 1” has left social media users wondering whether he has his own side of the story to reveal.
