This sad scene happened on Friday 12th, She was crushed to death by a trailer.

Eyewitnesses who were there revealed that - the accident occurred after d okada she boarded collided wit a moving trailer which resulted to her death. Two other persons including d okada radar were badly injured, She the only one that die, Too sad, May her Soul RIP!!!
