Popular Nigerian Billionaire Boasts Says "I'm Richer Than Some State Governors"

The chairman of Capital Oil and Gas, Billionaire Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah recently reveals his aim to be someday govern Anambra state is not to embezzle money. He boasted saying, he's richer than most of Nigerian state governors.
